Dycom Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced CoE Intake Manager to serve as the single entry point for SAP enhancements and complex requests. You will filter, translate, and route business needs to technical delivery teams to improve process velocity and value realization.

You will categorize requests by service tier, refine business cases with ROI details, and coordinate governance with the IT Steering Committee, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy while protecting the Clean Core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT demand management, SAP governance, or strategic business analysis within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead IT steering committees to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
• Expert-level capability in decoding complex business challenges into actionable technical requirements and high-impact SAP solutions.
• Deep expertise in business case development, ROI modeling, and value realization tracking for enterprise-level technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Single Point of Entry: Serve as the single point of entry for all SAP enhancements, projects, and complex inquiries, excluding standard break/fix incidents.
• Service Tier Categorization: Categorize incoming requests into Foundational, Operational, or Transformational tiers.
• Workflow Integration: Route validated requests to CoE leads for technical sizing and backlog integration.
• Business Case Refinement: Unpack needs, define problem statements, impacted areas, and ROI before allocating resources.
• Portfolio Visibility: Maintain the master CoE Demand Funnel and provide real-time views to leadership.
• Governance: Present validated intake backlog to IT Steering Committee and ARB for approval and funding.
• No-Rule: Reject or redirect requests that violate the Clean Core strategy or can be solved via process training.
