Job summary

Dycom Industries is seeking a CoE Intake Manager to filter and translate business requests for SAP deliveries. You will triage demand, categorize into service tiers, and route work to the appropriate CoE leads to ensure alignment with business goals.

Lead business case development, ROI modeling, and governance to ensure projects deliver measurable value. Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years IT demand management, SAP governance, or strategic business analysis in large enterprises.
• Proven ability to influence executives and lead IT steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Single point of entry for SAP enhancements, projects and complex inquiries.
• Categorize requests into Foundational, Operational, or Transformational tiers.
• Route validated requests to CoE leads for sizing and backlog integration.
• Decode needs with business partners and define ROI before resources are assigned.
• Identify duplicate requests across OpCos and consolidate into enterprise requirements.
• Maintain visibility of the demand funnel for executive review.
