Job summary

Dycom Industries is seeking a strategic Release Management Manager to govern the transition of SAP features from Build to Live production. You will orchestrate the global release cadence, ensure strict QA/UAT and security reviews, and manage CAB leadership to uphold Dycom’s Clean Core mandate.

You will lead cutover planning, rollback procedures, and hypercare support, partnering with business leaders to minimize disruption during critical financial periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP landscape management, release management, or similar IT leadership roles.
• SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM) are highly preferred.
• MBA or advanced IT/management degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA landscapes, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations.
• Deep expertise in SAP ChaRM or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
• Experience chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and enforcing deployment protocols.

Responsibilities

• Release Strategy & Orchestration: Own and publish the global SAP Release Calendar and cadence for upgrades, enhancements, and break/fix transports.
• Transport Sequencing: Bundle transports across the SAP S/4HANA landscape to prevent collisions and dependency failures.
• Business Alignment: Align deployment windows with operational quiet periods to avoid disruptions.
