Dycom Industries is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to own the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle within a dedicated SAP Center of Excellence. You will bridge business needs with SAP configuration, acting as Chief Product Owner for Sales and O2C areas.

The role emphasizes transforming processes with SAP AI, pricing automation, and SES approvals, while guiding UX for sales and billing teams in a modern digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–8+ years experience in SAP SD/O2C.
• Proven agile leadership and backlog management.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori knowledge.
• Excellent communication bridging business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap for the SAP Sales, Pricing, and Billing functional areas.
• Translate business goals into digital product strategies for SAP CoE.
• Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog refinement for SAP Dev teams.
• Collaborate with SAP Architects to ensure a Clean Core architecture.
