Job summary

Kforce is seeking a technical project management professional to lead CRM initiatives, focusing on Salesforce/Marketing Cloud within healthcare & life sciences environments. You will own scope, schedule, and budget while balancing client relationships and delivery execution for CRM, marketing, and call center projects.

Ideal candidates bring proven project management experience, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM implementations.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience with scope, schedule and budget ownership.
Client-facing experience with trust-building and expectation management.
Experience with account management or ongoing client engagement models.
Experience leading CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to articulate risks and status.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM and/or SFMC.
Serve as primary client-facing contact, managing relationships and expectations.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and milestones.
Manage work using Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, marketing and operations.
