Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex client engagements across Salesforce and AWS, shaping delivery from discovery to value realization. You’ll own relationships, mentor teams, and ensure executive alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.

In this role you will travel up to 25% and collaborate with Sales to grow accounts, while driving internal improvements in delivery practice and asset reuse.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience with delivery leadership.
• 5+ years leading complex engagements of 15+ people.
• 5+ years architecting Salesforce or AWS solutions.
• Deep expertise in contact centers and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven pre-sales leadership and solution mapping.
• End-to-end architecture design across delivery phases.
• Strong SDLC understanding and governance.
• Experience shaping cross-functional solution teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with SOWs and estimates.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and manage customer relationships from delivery perspective.
• Provide oversight to project teams, ensuring quality delivery and satisfaction.
• Act as thought leader to drive transformation outcomes.
• Participate in customer sales cycles and collaborate with Sales on growth plans.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery with clear roles.
• Ensure staffing and mitigate staffing risks with ops and leadership.
• Drive internal initiatives for delivery capabilities and reusable assets.
• Contribute to leadership, brand advocacy and growth of NeuraFlash.
• Travel up to 25% for client projects and events.
