Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support to internal and external customers by performing a primary sales support task and related activities.
• Support and liaison with branch and territory managers and customer service partners to help gain and keep customers.
• Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing knowledgeable, courteous and efficient customer service.
• Assist in promoting products and value-add services through cold and warm target accounts as directed by team lead or manager.
• Respond to customer and sales team requests and inquiries promptly, professionally and according to protocol.
• Receive, process, and confirm all communications and tasks meeting performance and quality standards.
• Introduce and promote products or promotions and use upsell techniques as directed by leadership.
• Ensure tasks and orders are processed to meet SLAs and shipping deadlines.
• Escalate complaints or non-standard occurrences to team lead/manager.
• Complete training on products, promotions, systems, processes, policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
