Culinary Depot is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our outside sales team by handling quotes, administrative tasks, and daily customer communication, helping reps stay focused on relationships and closing deals.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of office experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–3 years of office or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking directly with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and other office software.
• Strong follow-through and a sense of urgency.
• Experience with quoting, sales support, or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, create, and update customer quotes for outside sales representatives.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding quotes, pricing, product availability, and order details.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests to help move sales opportunities forward.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the outside sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to obtain pricing, product information, and order updates.
• Ensure quotes, customer information, and sales documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Track open requests and follow up to ensure timely responses and resolution.
• Assist with order processing and other sales-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain clear communication between sales representatives, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
