Job summary

ThinkCulinary Ltd. in Los Angeles seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator to support the sales operation by coordinating orders from receipt to delivery. The role collaborates with outside sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, track, and verify customer orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate product availability and allocations with sales executives.
• Verify pricing and prepare invoices; ensure timely invoicing.
• Book carriers, track shipments, manage ETAs, and communicate delays.
• Maintain customer records and proactively follow up on inquiries.
• Build and maintain Excel-based sales models to track activity and trends.
• Communicate with warehouse on orders, allocations, and shipping details.
• Support outside sales with product availability, pricing, inventory, and timelines.
• Process and track sample shipments for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Prepare credit memos and documentation to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Develop knowledge of ThinkCulinary products, pricing, and inventory.
