Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sales team with essential order entry and validation for whole goods and aftermarket sales. This role also serves as a liaison between customers and the company, providing information on order specifications and accounts.

The Sales Support Specialist collaborates cross-functionally across the organization, supports weekly and monthly reporting, and coordinates chassis MSOs as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with three (3) or more years of administrative work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with order entry and validation processes is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and research support for sales including order entry and validation.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to clarify order details and provide product specs, scheduling, pricing information.
• Assist with analysis of problems, interpret customer requirements and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform weekly and monthly reporting to ensure data integrity and support order throughput.
• Conduct chassis audits and recall program notifications and coordinate chassis MSOs as needed.
