Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and research support for sales order entry and validation.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to clarify order details.
• Provide information concerning product specifications, scheduling, pricing, and other requests.
• Assist with analysis of problems and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Perform weekly plus monthly reporting to ensure data integrity in the system and support efficient order throughput.
• Coordinate chassis audits and recall program notifications as needed.
