Oshkosh Corporation, Inc. in McConnellsburg, PA is seeking a Sales Intern to support the Inside Sales team with order entry and customer engagement. The role includes documenting sales processes, creating process maps, and maintaining quotes and sales documents.

You will enter data into Web Order Entry System and Excel, coordinate with Sales Representatives, provide customer support by phone, and assist on projects within Sales and Order Management for Summer 2026 relocation.

Qualifications

Sophomore standing or higher pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business.
Willing to travel or relocate to McConnellsburg, PA for summer 2026.
GPA 3.0+ within declared major is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison to define and document processes for Sales and Order Management.
Assist with creating and maintaining process maps.
Prepare and maintain Sales documents and quotes.
Enter data and order information into systems such as Web Order Entry, MAPICS and Excel.
Communicate with Sales Representatives to obtain order details.
Provide customer support by taking phone calls from external customers and Field Sales team.
Provide project-level support to Sales and Order Management on various projects.
