Job summary

You will negotiate vendor pricing, assist in budgeting, and help close sales while maintaining strong internal relationships across departments. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service-related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales and Designers with product research and technical order information.
• Coordinate customer projects and work orders; create quotes and project numbers.
• Negotiate vendor pricing for service and product orders; support budgeting and quoting.
• Support sales team to ensure close of sale and order accuracy, including deposits when needed.
• Provide regular status reports to customers and maintain documentation standards.
