Job summary

Samsung Ads in New York City seeks a motivated Program Manager to join the Sales Marketing & Enablement PMO. You will drive cross-functional initiatives from intake to handoff, partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations in a fast-paced matrixed setting.

You will report to a Senior Manager on the SM&E PMO and be based in the NYC office, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining plans, and ensuring alignment of global rollout strategies across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management, PMO, consulting, or sales operations experience in a matrixed org.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with multi-initiative management.
• Familiarity with project management fundamentals and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives from intake to handoff.
• Support senior PMO members on large multi-team programs with trackers and updates.
• Translate requests into clear problem statements, timelines, and stakeholder lists.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, and status reports for visibility.
• Align global rollout strategies with regional markets and checkpoints.
• Coordinate stakeholder syncs, distribute updates, and organize channels.
• Identify stalled initiatives and escalate ownership gaps proactively.
• Assist in data gathering to size revenue, cost, or risk impact.
• Draft clear recaps and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Build relationships with Sales, Product, and Operations partners.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
