Job summary

Bill’s Distributing, Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales & Pricing Coordinator to support pre-sales and sales management across Soda, Wine & Spirits and B4U Vending divisions.

You will update supplier bill backs, create promo sheets, manage pricing, track sales indicators, and maintain product catalogs while building strong retailer relationships. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills;

• Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Update bill back information for suppliers in a timely manner.
• Create promo sheets and distribute to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in inventory planning and monitor trends, promos, and shelf life.
• Prepare and maintain accurate price lists and sell sheets.
• Submit products and pricing to chain retailers.
• Track key sales indicators and provide timely information to sales management.
