Job summary

Bill’s Distributing, Ltd. is seeking a Full Time Merchandiser to join the Soda Sales Division and ensure shelves are stocked and products rotated at assigned retailers in Wisconsin. The role involves route work, inventory maintenance, and reporting daily sales activity.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a forklift with provided training. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rapport with all assigned accounts.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels in all assigned accounts.
• Pull up and restock assigned retail shelves with product from store’s inventory.
• Complete and submit a daily sales report.
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing rotation standards.
• Maintains displays by replenishing inventory and removing damaged products.
• Conducts assigned routes in a consistent manner.
• Finish assigned tasks within the scheduled times at assigned accounts.
• Assist the Accounts Managers with cooler sets and resets as necessary.
• Understand and adhere to company Sales and Merchandising Standards.
