Job summary

CJ Schwan’s in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Sales Planner to support the Customer HQ selling process. You’ll help manage timelines, data entry, sales processes and operational activities critical to Customer HQ planning.

You will bring strong MS Office skills, project-management abilities, and a basic understanding of P/L and customer investment metrics. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Project management, organizational skills, independence.
• Understanding of basic P/L and total customer investment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities essential to Customer HQ Sales planning, including vendor contracts, communication, customer portal and compliance.
• Support HQ sales team managers with pricing error reconciliation and product authorization.
• Maintain hierarchy and master data integrity, updating internal systems and communicating for customer mergers & acquisitions.
• Coordinate CRM data, manage portals and customers, enter promotions, maintain info, pull contracts and price increases.
• Execute existing sales processes and advise process improvements.
