Job summary

HTU is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to lead the order entry for project-based sales and to support pricing, contracts, forecasting, and proposal processes. The role coordinates with sales, finance and operations to ensure accurate, timely order execution.

You will also help maintain CRM data, track opportunities, and generate ad hoc reports, while supporting new customer setup and post-sale communications. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in sales tools and software such as Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the order entry process for project-based sales.
• Support and improve sales and commercial processes including proposal coordination, pricing workflow, contract review, forecasting, sales reporting, and order execution.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, customer service, and project teams to resolve order-related issues.
