Job summary

You will develop executive-level reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and BI tools, support forecasting and inventory planning, and help align regional and national teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations or sales analytics.
• Experience supporting sales organizations in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with CRM and Power BI for sales performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and sales management to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional sales, operations, and service teams to improve performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics (regional and national) using BI tools.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, and business summaries.
• Coordinate actions from internal and customer-facing meetings.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning, and demand analysis.
• Analyze financial performance including revenue, margins, costs, and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs.
• Assist in executing strategic initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate customer visits, industry events, and executive meetings.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
