97th Floor is seeking a strategic researcher and growth-minded operator in Lehi, Utah. You’ll partner with AEs, the CEO, and department heads in search, content, and paid media to build compelling client pitches, model business impact, and streamline processes that accelerate deals.

You’ll also optimize workflows with AI-driven tools, automate repetitive tasks, and support prospecting initiatives to close more business. This role sits close to strategy with a clear upward trajectory.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in marketing, sales or revenue operations, research, or strategy.
• Agency and B2B services experience preferred.
• Experience building automation, tools, processes, or sales assets.
• Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and content marketing, and how they fit together.
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about business growth.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, identify win/loss factors, and shape the argument for pitches.
• Run competitive and AI search share analyses and help build decks.
• Model traffic, revenue, and pricing scenarios for proposals.
• Audit the sales cycle for repetitive work and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Assist with prospecting efforts like list building and conference identification.
