Job summary

All Space Limited is seeking a Sales Operations / Capture Manager to drive discipline across the US Government sales pipeline. You will own CRM, forecasting, and gate governance, coordinating with sales, finance, operations, programs, engineering and contracts to deliver reliable plans.

You will lead strategic pursuits from qualification through proposal, develop capture plans, and provide clear, evidence-based insights on pipeline health, win strategy and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in US Government sales operations and capture management.
• Proven lead on strategic pursuits from qualification through submission.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, data governance and pipeline governance.
• Experience with Salesforce, GovWin IQ, Unanet and related tools.
• Ability to translate data into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM and pipeline systems, including Salesforce, GovWin IQ, Unanet and other tools.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health and forecast.
• Lead assigned strategic pursuits from qualification to post-submittal support.
• Build capture plans covering win strategy and teaming.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to maintain capture momentum.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and governance forums.
• Define gate reviews and bid/no-bid criteria.
• Escalate gaps and forecast risks.
