Job summary

Pinnacle Living seeks a Marketing Director to oversee all marketing activities and lead the sales team to achieve a sustained 95% occupancy in our communities. The role directs marketing and sales of unoccupied residences to qualified prospects in line with Pinnacle Living policies.

Responsibilities include developing the marketing plan and annual budget, tracking performance, and driving campaigns, events, and collateral. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in marketing/sales leadership and change management.
• Experience in managing sales processes, marketing strategy and techniques.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze occupancy, trends, and outcomes and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales to maintain 95% occupancy.
• Develop and maintain Marketing Plan and budget.
• Track inquiries and visit activity for pipeline management.
• Prepare monthly reports for executives.
• Coordinate with maintenance for turnovers and move-ins.
• Create collateral and coordinate events and newsletters.
• Present tailored sessions for groups addressing aging challenges.
