Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead community growth, drive occupancy targets, and maximize rate per unit revenue. This full-time role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership to guide sales efforts and marketing initiatives.

You will oversee direct selling, develop marketing plans, maintain the YARDI database, and collaborate on budgets while driving a high-performance sales team to excel in a competitive senior living market.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and liability insurance to use a personal vehicle for business development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Senior Living sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in occupancy growth and business development.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for direct selling, business development and achieving quotas/ratios.
• Maintains an accurate, and up-to-date YARDI database.
• Assists in developing annual marketing plan, advertising strategy, and department budget.
• Strong knowledge of competitors, services provided, rates and competitive analysis.
• Plans resident referral activities and lead generation events while maintaining a lead database.
