Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking. You will prospect, engage, and close deals while delivering tailored parking solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will lead multi-channel outreach, manage a three-vertical sales strategy, and ensure accurate Salesforce pipeline with high activity and quota attainment. This role requires travel and a hospitality-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3+ years of B2B outbound prospecting or SDR experience in parking/hospitality/tech.
• Proven ability to cold call and run multi-channel sequences with confidence.
• Track record of booking 15+ discovery meetings per month in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking segments.
• Build lasting client partnerships and represent PMC at industry events and webinars.
• Maintain Salesforce records and manage pipeline from SAL to SQL with high data integrity.
