Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Full-Time Sales Leader to guide and develop the sales team, drive pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting. You will partner with Account Executives on complex deals, expand client relationships, and collaborate across departments to remove barriers to success.

The role requires a strong background in sales leadership, AV/tech sales experience, and a degree in Sales or related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, account management, or relationship-building roles.
• Experience leading and coaching sales professionals preferred.
• Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in AV systems integration or technology sales preferred.
• Strong forecasting, negotiation, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team with coaching and performance reviews.
