Lifespace Communities is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead occupancy and revenue performance for a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Geneva, IL. Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in CCRC/Life Plan communities.
• Strong ability to build relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet activity targets and KPIs.
• Drive conversion across the funnel: inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, deposit-to-move-in.
• Achieve personal and team goals for calls, appointments, tours, deposits, and move-ins.
• Analyze market, pricing, and lead sources to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and branding.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to move-in.
