Lifespace Communities, Inc. is seeking a Director of Sales for GreenFields of Geneva in Geneva, IL.

The role leads sales and occupancy performance for our Continuing Care Retirement Community, driving strategies, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a superior resident journey. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years of sales leadership in CCRC/Life Plan communities and a track record of meeting occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales in CCRC or Life Plan communities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to reach occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet activity targets and KPIs.
• Drive conversion across the funnel: inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, deposit-to-move-in.
• Achieve personal and team goals for calls, appointments, tours, deposits, and move-ins.
• Analyze market conditions and lead sources to refine strategies.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and branding.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to move-in.
