Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years in business analytics, category management, or related.
Proficient in syndicated data systems (Nielsen, Circana) and internal tools.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business performance across key metrics using multiple data sources.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across item-level performance and promotions.
Develop actionable insights with clear narratives and recommended actions.
Track account trade budgets, forecasts, accruals, and reconciliations.
Present updates to customer managers and support decision-making.
Provide detailed forecasting support and consolidation into central forecast tools.
