Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Finance professional focused on sales and commercial finance to partner with sales teams, review deals, and guide financial decisions. This role includes forecasting segment performance and driving planning for NA Enterprise Networking in a predominantly onsite setting.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to influence strategic outcomes across geographies.

Qualifications

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
Experience in a variety of finance functions.

Responsibilities

Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, leveraging deep understanding of the business to determine the best path to objectives.
Consults with business leaders to guide long-term and strategic decision-making.
Forecasts financial results within the broadest scope.
Leads and advises on complex business initiatives, often across geographies/organizations.
Drives process improvement and policy development that impact the function globally.
Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
Mentors and guides analysts.
