You will educate teams on Lincoln’s products, drive opportunities, and collaborate with internal partners to grow revenue and market share. The position supports remote work and requires up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5-7+ years of intermediary sales experience directly aligned with responsibilities.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written).
Licenses required upon hire.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for the assigned territory and products; collaborate to incorporate trends into solutions.
Provide education, information, training & advice on Lincoln’s products and services to Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and Plan Sponsors.
Build and maintain business relationships through email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer-centric manner.
Develop and execute plans to introduce Lincoln’s products/services to stakeholders.
Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and initiatives.
