Job summary

Volarify in Allentown, PA seeks a Sales Estimator to drive restoration projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. You will develop referrals, present competitive estimates using Xactimate/Symbility, and manage losses from initial contact to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, insurance restoration, contents estimating, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
• Experience preparing residential estimates exceeding $50,000 and commercial estimates exceeding $100,000.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility/CoreLogic estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong referral network across the Allentown, Harrisburg, and surrounding regional markets.
• Build and manage relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, commercial property owners, and other referral sources.
• Prepare estimates using company-standard formatting, ensuring accuracy across all trades, quantities, labor, materials, and line items.
• Close opportunities by presenting competitive proposals and negotiating scopes, budgets, and pricing.
• Manage assigned residential estimates and commercial estimates within defined thresholds.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure schedules and resources align with project needs.
• Travel throughout the regional territory to support client opportunities and CAT response as needed.
