- Experience in construction or restoration estimating.
- Advanced proficiency with Xactimate and Symbility.
- Solid understanding of insurance claims processes.
- Ability to scope complex losses and coordinate with specialists.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged properties and document conditions.
- Take measurements, photos, and record existing conditions.
- Prepare detailed reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and Symbility.
- Determine labor, materials and time requirements for repairs.
- Develop scopes of work for drywall, flooring, roofing, and structural repairs.
- Coordinate pricing and approvals with insurance adjusters.
- Manage estimate supplements and missing scope items.
- Support project transitions from estimating to production.
