Job summary

Forgent Power seeks a Sales Support Administrator to act as a front-end multiplier around Strategic Account Fighting Units. You will help move opportunities from creation to order entry, keep pursuit activity flowing, and ensure front-end documentation is complete, visible, auditable, and useful for downstream stakeholders.

The role does not own customer relationships, pricing, or the core commercial process; it focuses on process flow, closing follow-up loops, surfacing gaps, and delivering

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales support or order management is preferred.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and surface actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor opportunities, cases, tasks, quotes, and open items for strategic units.
• Coordinate withSales, SEs, Commercial Ops, Legal, Accounting, and Order Fulfillment to keep work moving.
• Assist onboarding, credit review, payment terms, and DOA approvals.
• Support quote-to-order readiness with required documentation.
