Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Product Sales Support & Analysis leader to manage pipeline and forecast, ensuring accurate reporting and smooth communication across sales and functional groups. This role focuses on providing the necessary information and documentation for task execution and performance oversight.

The position requires overseeing data integrity, leading a team, and maintaining forecast accuracy with a strong emphasis on analytics and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework/experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Strong customer experience and sales support skills

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains client master data including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, returns and exchanges per company guidelines.
• Provides direction to the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting and presentations/proposals.
• Interfaces with internal groups (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal) to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
• Maintains sales forecasts and analysis for management reports.
• Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet client activity reporting needs.
• Generates daily activity reports, reporting and trends.
• Exhibits independent judgment in matters of significance.
• Regular attendance; may work nights, weekends, overtime as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
