Job summary

Comcast Advertising is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to drive the execution of strategic initiatives across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and People Experience. You will lead cross-functional projects, optimize sales processes, and deliver actionable analytics to inform decision making.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and strong leadership capabilities to manage a high-performing team and collaborate with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMI PMP certification advantageous.
• 7–10 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into operational execution and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Own sales operating cadence: leadership meetings, pacing, QBRs, pipeline reviews and forecasts.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and dashboards highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Drive adoption and optimization of CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Waymark, Tableau).
• Lead and develop the Sales Ops team and partner with multiple internal groups.
