Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or an Advanced Degree, with preferred 3+ years in strategy, operations, or sales enablement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree
• 3+ years in strategy, operations, sales enablement, or consulting
• 2+ years in business management, analytics, strategy, operations, or finance within a complex, matrixed organization
• Delivery of operational goals through strong execution, organization and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Support execution of sales processes to improve deal velocity and deal quality
• Maintain sales workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational activities across the sales lifecycle
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Finance, Product, and Legal to ensure data accuracy and process alignment
• Provide analytical insights to identify opportunities for process improvement
