As Analyst, Sales Process & Enablement for North America Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS), you will support execution of sales processes that improve deal velocity, deal quality, and standardization across the CMS portfolio. You will help maintain sales workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational activities that support the sales lifecycle—from lead generation and pipeline management through deal execution and launch readiness.
You will work closely with Sales, Deal Finance, Product, and Legal to ensure deal information, process documentation, and operational data are accurate, complete, and aligned with established frameworks. This role is responsible for supporting process governance, maintaining sales tools and resources, and providing analytical insights that help identify opportunities for process improvement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn, solve problems, and contribute to improving sales effectiveness and operational excellence.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $94,400 to $163,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
