Job summary

GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group is seeking a Business Development Sales Assistant to support the Senior Managing Director of Business Development in lead generation, sales, client service, and practice development in the Los Angeles office.

You will conduct research, maintain databases, draft client communications, track opportunities, and support events and marketing initiatives, while coordinating with teams firm-wide.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years related experience; (consulting or law firm experience a major plus)
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and online research platforms.
• Excellent research and summarization skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and assemble materials for prospective clients.
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry.
• Track litigation news and identify opportunities.
• Develop effective client communications.
• Support meeting prep and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM database.
• Coordinate team events and marketing initiatives.
• Provide responsive customer service to potential clients.
• Understand firm offerings and expert capabilities.
