  • Identify matters that may create opportunities for forensic accounting, damages analysis, expert testimony, investigations, valuation, and other litigation support services.
  • Track litigation trends, significant case developments, law firm activity, and other market intelligence relevant to the firm's litigation practices.
  • Research attorneys, law firms, clients, opposing parties, experts, and other key participants associated with litigation matters.
  • Review and synthesize litigation and business information into concise summaries and actionable business development recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying and prioritizing attorneys, law firms, and prospective clients for outreach and relationship development.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and assemble emails, presentations, research summaries, pitch materials, and other client-facing communications.
  • Support preparation for attorney, law firm, client, and prospective client meetings, including background research, briefing materials, and follow-up.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with senior professionals across the firm to support broader litigation and business development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
