Job summary

You will improve the quality of sales analytics, standardize reporting, and scale insights across the region to enable analytically driven decisions. You will work with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to drive cadence, planning, and performance insights.

• Ability to build and interpret models and dashboards for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute weekly, monthly and quarterly sales operations cadences.
• Develop deep understanding of Stripe’s sales funnel across segments and geographies.
• Analyze AMER sales and revenue data to inform annual planning and quota setting.
• Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to model productivity and resource allocation.
