Rollon by Timken is seeking a Business Analyst to strengthen sales operations through data-driven insights. You will analyze performance by territory and product line, transform CRM Dynamics data, and maintain automated dashboards with Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts by territory, segment, channel, and product line.
Extract, transform, and interpret data from CRM Dynamics and ERP systems for actionable insights.
Maintain and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
Prepare recurring reports and executive summaries on KPIs and customer behavior.
Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with visual reports and analysis.
Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate opportunities and track campaigns.
Identify data gaps and ensure data quality across the organization.
Develop data processes and reporting standards for consistency.
