Job summary

Agri Technovation (Pty) Ltd is expanding its team in California with a Sales Agronomist position available. This role involves advising clients on plant nutrition and optimizing yield through the use of our technologies and products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various crops, a customer-focused approach, and at least 5 years of experience in plant health or nutrition. We offer competitive salary, commission, and benefits including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in plant health or nutrition in a Sales Agronomist position.
• Established Agriculture grower customers base.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on plant nutrition and soil sciences to optimise yield and quality.
• Identify and implement business opportunities to grow Agri Technovation's market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular on-site visits.
• Prepare and present technical presentations to clients and industry stakeholders.
