• Serve as Ketjen’s interface with customers and develop sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer technical and commercial requests.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and account plans.
• Forecast customer usage and track targets.
• Document interfaces in the CRM and provide market insights.
