Job summary

Dexterra is seeking an experienced HSE and Security Manager to lead the HSE programs for our Maverick Workforce Accommodation site. You will drive policy, training, and incident prevention while coordinating with site leaders and clients to sustain best-in-class safety and security standards.

The role emphasizes scalable HSE solutions, regulatory compliance, audits for COR/ISO, and risk mitigation across Operations, Security, and Facilities. Travel and leadership of a diverse team are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Health & Safety or equivalent.
• CRSP/CRST or international equivalent.
• Auditing certifications (COR/ISO) are an asset.
• First Aid and working at heights certifications are an asset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• 5+ years of health, safety or environment experience.
• 5+ years managing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s HSE programs in line with Dexterra Group direction.
• Plan, implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site.
• Oversee site security operations for Maverick Workforce Accommodation.
• Support COR/ISO certification audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with regulators and clients to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and leadership to staff on safety and security.
