The role requires 12+ years in construction safety leadership, CSP/CHST/ASP, executive communication, and the ability to drive risk-informed decisions, incident reduction, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in safety, construction, or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive construction safety leadership, including 5 years developing safety professionals.
• CSP, CHST, ASP, or equivalent certification required; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Safety Department with clear expectations and succession plans.
• Develop and execute safety strategy, policies, standards, and management systems.
• Partner with Risk Management to align safety with enterprise risk objectives and allocate resources accordingly.
• Establish and monitor safety KPIs, lead indicators, and lessons-learned programs.
• Collaborate with Operations to integrate safety into project planning and execution.
