Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive project/program management experience, preferably in safety/health for utilities.
• PMI PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to plan, implement and train safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, design and implement safety programs and trainings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for approvals and support.
• Monitor program effectiveness with measurable metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to secure resources and alignment.
