Safety Plus Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager in Chicago, IL to lead client safety initiatives, design safety management systems, and drive continuous improvement across diverse industries.

The role requires strong OSHA knowledge, data analysis, and the ability to guide client teams in expanding safety cultures. You will work with multiple client accounts, conduct on-site evaluations, lead trainings, and monitor safety performance metrics, all while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations with practical application.
• Data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Maintain understanding of each client’s environment, priorities, and service needs.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and client-facing communication.
• Ability to learn safety software platforms and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead client safety reviews and guidance to improve safety plans.
• Oversee development of client safety management systems compliant with standards.
• Train client staff and safety teams in best practices and governance.
