Job summary

Safety Plus is seeking a Safety Manager to lead client safety programs across industries, delivering strategic guidance and practical safety solutions. You will work with multiple clients to assess risks, design robust safety management systems, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

You will lead safety reviews, coach client teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and applying them in varied client settings.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive safety improvements.
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with clear action items.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess needs, design safety plans, and monitor progress.
• Lead on-site evaluations and development of client safety management systems.
• Provide safety reviews, advisory meetings, and ongoing risk-based recommendations.
• Develop and track client-specific performance metrics to measure progress.
• Coordinate training and workshops to empower client staff.
• Ensure compliance timelines and program governance across multiple clients.
