Safety Plus Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead long-term client safety success across multiple industries. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning client objectives with Safety Plus standards and helping to elevate safety cultures while adhering to service boundaries.

Regular travel to client sites (about 60%) will be required, blending field support with office work. You will train staff, perform safety evaluations, build programs and metrics, and work with internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing safety programs or leading safety departments.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, SMS, CIT or similar certifications are preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with OSHA regulations, USDOT, MSHA, and safety compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Engage with clients to understand needs and guide safety strategies.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and report findings to client leadership.
• Lead training and workshops for client staff on safety best practices.
• Develop client-specific performance metrics and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive safety services.
