You will partner with client leadership, oversee program implementations, and drive continuous improvements while traveling to various client locations to ensure alignment with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements across client settings.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into safety improvements.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills with clear action items.
• Experience leading safety programs and improving compliance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs, risks, and priorities and tailor safety strategies.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and oversee safety management system implementations.
• Lead training and workshops to raise client safety awareness and capabilities.
• Analyze safety audits and incidents to drive corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with clients to plan and monitor safety program milestones and compliance.
